I know what it's like to be stuck in your head.
Growing up, I experienced a lot of emotional intensity from a young age. Life felt unpredictable, unstable, and at times unsafe. It made me angry.
I questioned everything and challenged everything, which only led me deeper into overthinking and a lot of built-up resentment.
That tension manifested in my body as emotional dysregulation, anxiety, poor self-worth, poor communication and unhealthy relationships.
For a long time I felt trapped in my mind, unable to resolve and repair.
Then I found kinesiology, and everything changed.
THE SHIFT
I stopped analysing
and started feeling.
Kinesiology gave me a way to stop analysing my experience and actually connect with the angry, hurt part of me that had gone suppressed. The part of me that had really longed to be seen.

Instead of continuing to feel trapped, I was brought into the present moment, where my experience could finally be released.

No longer a victim to my past. Supported in the present. Free to choose who I wanted to be, and how I wanted to live my life.
