The nervous system's job is protection. When we experience repeated or overwhelming stress, the body develops automatic responses that once kept us safe.
Over time, these responses become habitual. They run in the background regardless of whether the original threat is still present. The mind may have moved on, but the body hasn't.
Kinesiology works directly with the nervous system to identify where these patterns are held and what the body needs to complete the stress response by giving the system the conditions it needs to finally release.

What to expect
when you arrive.
01. We talk
We begin with a conversation about what's brought you in, how you've been feeling, and what you're hoping for. There are no wrong answers.
02. We listen to your body
You'll lie in comfortable clothes and shoes off, on a treatment table. Through muscle testing, we identify where stress or emotion is being held and what your body needs to address it.
03. We work gently
Using a range of gentle techniques, drawing on TCM, somatic practice, and energy work, we support your nervous system to release what it's been holding.
04. You integrate
We close with a check-in and gentle guidance for the days ahead. Many people feel lighter or more settled even after a first session.
