If you're here, you probably know it's time to make a change.
To slow down or stop the things that are holding you back, or to feel like you're alive again.
You might be feeling overwhelmed, anxious or emotionally exhausted.
Maybe you're stuck in overthinking or burnout, or you just don't feel like yourself anymore.
​You want relief and to feel in control of your body and emotions again.
That's where I come in!

​I created Ebb & Flow as a safe space for women to explore and release stress, to return to a foundation of calm and strengthen your relationship with yourself.

I believe in holding space for your nervous system to recalibrate,
your emotions to be heard and your body to intuitively guide you forward.​
Through subtle muscle testing, energy work, breath, meditation and emotional clearing,
we release stored stress and support your body's natural ability to find balance again.

I've walked this path too. Through anxiety, fear, trauma, and the journey of returning home to myself.
I know first hand what it feels like to crave calm, and not know how to access it.
I also know the quiet power of having someone walk beside me.
That's what I offer here; presence, support, permission to be as you are,
and a reminder that you don't have to do it alone.​
About Me
I'm a certified Kinesiologist, Yoga Instructor, and mum of a beautiful, spirited 6 year old girl.
I believe healing happens best when you feel safe, seen and empowered, and there's nothing more powerful than women supporting women.

I love slow mornings, dancing, nature walks and books that help you come home to yourself.
​
My mission is to spread love as far as I can reach.​​ My vision is to see a world full of joyful people embracing the beauty of life through all of it's ups and downs.
